Fugro, in cooperation with Seychelles Petroleum Company and project partners Geomahakarsa, has acquired approximately 20,000 km of modern, long offset 2D seismic, marine gravity and magnetic data in the Seychelles, the current hot spot of the East Africa margin. Processing of the seismic data is almost complete and data viewings will be available soon. A multi disciplinary approach to this area will see an integrated interpretation available in November.
